We know you may have questions about your animal’s care, so we’ve compiled answers to some of the most common queries. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please call us on (03) 5989 6232 — our friendly team will be happy to help.
What animals do you treat?
As a mixed practice on the Mornington Peninsula, we provide care for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, pocket pets, horses, cattle, sheep, goats, and alpacas. We offer both in-clinic appointments and mobile farm visits.
How do I book an appointment?
For dogs, cats, and pocket pets, you can use our online booking system to schedule routine consultations. For equine and farm animals, or if you require a specific service such as surgery or reproduction work, please call us directly on (03) 5989 6232 so we can allocate the right vet and resources.
Do you provide emergency services?
Yes. We provide emergency care for both small and large animals. For urgent situations, please phone us immediately on (03) 5989 6232. Do not use online booking for emergencies.
Do you offer farm visits?
Yes. Our vets regularly travel across the Mornington Peninsula for on-farm consultations, herd health checks, reproduction services, and emergency visits. Contact us to arrange a suitable time.
What payment options are available?
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. If you have questions about payment, please speak with our reception team.
Do I need to bring anything to my pet’s first visit?
If you’re a new client, please complete our New Client Form before your first appointment. If your animal has previous medical records, vaccination history, or diagnostic results from another clinic, bringing a copy will help us provide the best possible care.
Do you offer desexing and microchipping?
Yes, we provide both desexing surgery and microchipping for pets. These services are recommended to keep your pet safe, healthy, and compliant with local council regulations.
Can I get repeat prescriptions or preventative medication through the clinic?
Yes. We stock a wide range of preventative health products such as flea, tick, and worming treatments, as well as prescription medications when ongoing care is required. For refills, please call our clinic in advance so we can prepare your order.
What should I do if I’m unsure whether my animal needs a vet?
If you’re ever uncertain, it’s always best to err on the side of caution. Call us on (03) 5989 6232, and our team can advise whether your animal should be seen right away or if an appointment can be scheduled.
